What is Raley Email Notifications and how does it work?
Raley Email Notifications is an Atlassian Marketplace app that sends professional Email and Slack notifications from Jira and JSM. You build templates using any standard or custom field, choose recipients (including people without a Jira license), and send canned messages from the issue, schedule digests, or trigger notifications on your own conditions, all inside the Jira instance your teams already use.
Can I notify people who aren't Jira or JSM users?
Yes. You can notify external customers, organizations, request participants, an address held in a custom field, and non-users on tickets collected through Raley Intake Forms.
Can I customise the look and content of emails?
Yes. You control content, CSS, layout, and language, and can use your own logo and design. Pull values from any standard or custom field and from Assets objects, add images and web links, and send to CC and BCC.
Can I send attachments?
Yes. Both inline and regular attachments from the JSM ticket or its comments.
Can I send to Slack as well as email?
Yes. Notifications can go to Email and Slack.
Can I schedule recurring notifications?
Yes. Send regular reports and progress updates once a day or once a week to internal and external recipients.
Can recipients approve or decline from the email?
Yes. You can include approve and decline buttons in JSM notifications.
Does it work with Jira Service Management?
